Overview
Involved shadowing employees in chosen division, hearing insightful discussions and talks from seasoned and experienced senior managers and partners, gaining more insight into diversity and inclusion at KPMG, partaking in different team challenges, Assessment centre on final day.
Skills
There was a big emphasis on developing team working and networking skills to help provide a seamless transition into corporate roles
Business Insight
Very interesting and there was a platform for you to ask all the questions you could think of. Was able to see what your desired division did on a day to day basis.
Culture
Very warm and positive environment, team seemed very laidback and friendly. Seemed like a very nurturing work environment keen on skill and career development.

Very much enjoyed the whole process from networking to new individuals to gaining more insight and expertise in audit which was very in depth and interesting.
