Overview
Completing tasks given by the supervisor, arranging coffee chats with people from across the firm, attending talks and panel presentations, and socialising with the vacation scheme cohort and the allocated department.
Skills
Developed drafting, proofreading, and analysis skills. Strengthened collaborative skills and adaptability to different communication styles of supervisors and other stakeholders.
Business Insight
I gained a better understanding of the different roles and paths of career progression within the firm. I also discovered the differences between different practice groups and their specialisms, as well as saw the firm's commitment to fostering a positive and supportive culture.
