Overview
Insight into the workings of KPMG as a firm, involved networking at various levels of the corporate hierarchy from analysts to directors and partners, very integrative with inclusivity and diversity. Many informative talks regarding what the firm does and how it operates and what is prioritised from both a corporate and employee perspective. Included an assessment day on the last day for the graduate role offer.
Skills
Developed skills of interview taking and networking greatly. Additionally, gave me a greater awareness for corporate role and policies of diversity and inclusion that was very insightful.
