The Role
A Great 12 months! Has gone so quickly! would reccommened it to anyone.
Had a great team, could discuss anything with them and always there to help.
fantastic support, from excel training to giving presentations.
At the start of the year I was just getting used to the systems.
I had my own reports and projects to get on with. With my manager being in Germany I had no one looking over my shoulder. I had alot of responsibilty
I know have a wide range of excel and powerpoint skills. I feel comfortbale communicating to many and can know juggle many issues at once.
The Company
Had a great balance between work and talking.
Very well, organised events for all 110 of us. On differnt weekend and week days.
Excel, Presentation training. Track days, Trips to germany, meals out. great mentors.

depends on who leaves within the organisation. They do have a grauate scheme, but its ver competative.
The Culture
we had organised nights out and social events, always something going on.
being near london was expenseive, and with luton now being the best place, we often had to travel for a good night out.
VERY VERY POOR!!!! ONLY DOWNSIDE
yeah football teams, something laways going on.
