Overview
I completed assessed tasks for my supervisor, completed a group task, attended talks given by associates in different practice areas, and arranged coffee chats with individuals in my practices areas of interest.
Skills
I have developed my time-management and prioritisation skills. I have also learnt to have a more flexible and adaptable mindset.
Business Insight
I was provided much more insight than I would've found from external research. I also got a feel for the culture, which isn't possible from attending an Open Day.
Culture
Very friendly, not hierarchical at all.
Your Impressions
It was an amazing growth opportunity and I left feeling empowered and able to become the best version of myself.
Yes
- Be specific in your reasons for applying to TW - even if you are a great candidate, you aren't likely to succeed if you don't have clear reasons for wanting to join this firm - Be a team player - people are more interested in whether you can work with others and if you're likeable rather than how impressive you are
