Overview
I had a fantastic experience on the vacation scheme. Each day began with a talk about one of the departments, followed by time with our trainer. We also had time to work on our group project.
Skills
I developed my teamwork skills on the group project. I also gained a greater insight into the work involved at a commercial law firm. I developed my attention to detail while working on tasks for my trainer.
Business Insight
It was very exciting learning about the business and potential roles. It encouraged me that the firm was the right fit for me.
Culture
The culture and atmosphere was very welcoming and inclusive.
