The Role
Challenging and enjoyable throughout the year.
No matter who you are talking to in the company, people always have time to speak to you.
Had many support pillars throughout my year including regular 1:1 meetings and a mentor.
You can push yourself as hard as you want, there are always extra projects to get involved with.
If you keep on proving yourself then you will naturally be given more challenging projects and more responsibility.
Have learnt more this yeat than I have during two years at uni!
The Company
A relaxed, fun working environment but also one where everyone gets things done.
Great process to intially introduce the new interns into the business starting off with a welcome day prior to starting (very helpful to find people to live with) and then an induction week which was great to get to know the intern community.
You will be given all the necessary training in order to succeed in the job and in addition there is also a vast amount of training available to interns for self development such as presentation skills, selling, negotiation and productivity to name a few.

The Culture
Strong intern and grad community, with events being set up throughout the year.
Lived in London, expensive but okay providing you manage your money carefully.
in London there's something for everyone.
Loads, company has loads of sports and social clubs and if they don't have what you're after then you can just set one up yourself.
