Overview
Reviewing all applications to the roles assigned to me, scheduling and leading telephone and online interviews for candidates, arranging candidate shortlists and presenting them to clients, organising and assisting to run client assessment centres.
Skills
My time management massively improved, as well as my confidence in the role throughout the placement year. My ability to make connections and bring candidates through the recruitment process developed rapidly, which also helped to grow my confidence. Such a supportive team to be a part of!
Responsibilities
I led client recruitment projects independently towards the end of my placement, as well as being trusted to handle external communications with clients too.
Support & Guidance
My manager was incredibly supportive and available for any of my questions or worries, and even going up the chain of command I still experienced a strong sense of encouragement and appreciation for my commitment to the role.
Culture
