Overview
First day, it was a virtual session with various speakers from different service lines and backgrounds that work in the EY office, talking about how it is to work at EY and work as a consultant, auditor etc. Second day, we got to go to EY's regional office. met various speakers who gave advice on how to build our interest and career to work in EY as well as shared their experience in EY.
Skills
learned what skills are needed to be a more attractive candidate in the assessment centre, as well as to EY in general.
Business Insight
It was engaging and helpful to learn about the different service lines within EY. It guided me to find out which roles are available that I am interested in.
Culture
It was very welcoming and open-minded. Everyone was happy to share their experience and engage with the students.
Your Impressions
I highly enjoyed Discover EY programme. Through this programme, I learnt so much about the work and the culture at EY and I felt that I really want to work here in the future.
