Overview
Provide on the ground support fixing PC’s, processing problem tickets and configuring new hardware. Supporting and Improving processes in terms of process flow mapping, data collection and analysis, testing and problem solving. Maintaining existing business / IT systems Leading small projects or initiatives from inception to completion. Helping to identify & design business and IT solutions. Provide team coordination, administration and operational support.

Responsibilities
Yes, I did few projects which I took the whole responsibility to drive the project from begining to the end and conducted the morning team meetings and weekly change board meetings.
Support & Guidance
I had one to one meetings with my manager every month which was helpful and he always supported me throughout the placement. The whole team supported me a lot to complete my projects as well as my day to day works.
Culture
All colluegues I worked with are really friendly and supportive. Cummins work as a team/ work as a family and treated me as a permanent employee eventhough I am a placement student. The company overall is clean and always think about the employees safety and benefits.

100%. I enjoyed my placement from my first day onwards at Cummins. The work I dealt with, the support I got from my manager and the team, the responsibilities I handled and the skills I developed are really satisfying and I am really glad to be a part of the Cummins family.
