Checking emails, answering teams messages, facilitating sessions, working with HR stakeholders, supporting our partnering team, promoting learning and upskilling, team meetings.

Yes I have built skills including agile delivery, problem solving, change management and stakeholder management across my time here.
Responsibilities
Yes. Some tasks I was left completely to manage knowing I had built that level of trust with my manager and team to be given such big responsibilities.
Support & Guidance
A lot. I knew I always had a handful of people I could go to for help and support if I ever needed during my placement.

Very positive. Unilever has a strong culture of togetherness and team work, which helps me thrive.
