Overview
•Identify knowledge gaps and discrepancies within the team, speak with subject matter experts and transfer this knowledge to the team in the form process instructions or user guides. •Learn specific team processes and present this in a more concise manner via constructing flowcharts. •Identify key design concepts and define their scope and composition in various degrees of complexity. •Review/edit team processes and documentation for efficiency and clarity. •Construct and deliver presentations/workshops to the wider company regarding sustainability and personal climate action.

I have developed interpersonal and communication skills, document writing skills, Microsoft office skills and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, have been tasked with producing/reviewing a number of documents which are published to the company wide network. Thus my work can be seen and used by a large number of colleagues.
Support & Guidance
I received a high degree of support. There was a very thorough on-boarding/immersion period of two weeks in which I was fully informed on how the company operates etc. I also received lots of support rom my line-manager/supervisors who have always been very approachable.
Culture
The atmosphere and culture is very friendly and professional.

I have enjoyed my time at the company thus far and expect to be here for many years to come.
Yes
Be prepared for the interview process as it is very challenging. The company is also very large and so it will take a lot of time to get fully integrated.
