Overview
The main role is to train as a manager and eventually come back and start your career. Main roles include sales, service, marketing daily operations to maintain a fleet of cars

Responsibilities
I was allowed to run the day multiple times the same way an assistant manager would. This gives me great opportunity to learn what it takes to be a manager
Support & Guidance
I was assigned a mentor who was extremely helpful in my settling into the company. Every higher management person was friendly and gave me the time of day.
Culture
The company does stick to their founding values well. It is a great place to develop with lots of opportunity to grow and perform. The overall culture is very positive
