Serving customers, customer sales, generating new business by having good interactions with customers and future clients
Skills
I have improved in sales massively, time management, customer service skills, new business generation, these have all improved as well and my attention to details and my management style and leadership by taking control of my team.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility. After learning the key skills I was allowed to become in charge of running the day to day of the business on a regular basis
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support of my branch and area managers. Also from outside sources such as my mentor who I had regular meetings with.
Culture
The culture of the company is very good and highly competitive in a good way. This creates motivation every day as you come into work
Your Impressions
I really enjoy the placement and how competitive it was, was highly motivating and I gained lots of career experience in many different fields.
Yes
I would say to be themselves and make sure they make a good first impression. Asking questions is key and having a good attitude to learning
