Overview
Multitude of roles. You have a focus on serving customers and showing them the vehicles and explaining the ins and outs of their contract. You will champion different areas of the business such as growth, risk, fleet management.You are given KPIs with bonuses if you hit them in a competitive manner.
Skills
Learned skills in dealing with customers and client relationship retention. You will become more confident in your personal skills both professionally and socially.
Responsibilities
You are given a number of responsibilities. You are left to ‘champion’ different areas of focus in your branch and will rotate during the year. Each focus will come with new responsibilities which you will be assessed on monthly by your performance.
Support & Guidance
You are given a mentor and receive a lot of help within the branch. However this help is dependant on how busy you are
