  • I would recommend that they research the brand and take an interest. To get the most out of their placement they should not be afraid to network, make connections with those inside and outside of your team, and explore the business as much as they can to help uncover any interests. Additionally, it is important to be open and exploratory when trying new things, and do not be afraid to ask. Lastly, positive or negative, take it as a valuable learning experience, they should enjoy their time, as they are here to learn.
