Overview
Day to day varies, which is actually what I enjoy. Not everyday being the same. My day usually consists of adding new clients to our database or updating an older clients. Sending screening links and other types of links is a daily occurrence. My job consists of making all kinds of decks, drafting Instagram posts, setting any meetings, booking flights, cabs and hotels for my team.
Skills
I have learnt new skills such as being efficient with my time and others, Critical and strategic thinking and Learning how to use excel. I have developed skills such as communication. In a corporate job there's a different way of talking an communicating and its very interesting to learn the lingo. I have developed my collaboration, organisation, adaptable and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
Yes! So much. The team really do trust you with a lot very early on which I really liked. I learn quicker when I jump into the deep end.
Support & Guidance
Definitely! I get catchups with the 3 team members that I primarily support, weekly. There is open communication.
Culture
So lovely. The company really cares about its employees and it shows.
