Overview
I work in the international team covering everything that is not America. Ensuring quality and timeliness of the accounts completed by our offshore team

Responsibilities
Yes lots! I have different reports that I am responsible to show to he rest of my team. I have also taken on a managerial role of a business unit within the company. This means that I am the key contact for people in the business if they have any questions regarding the offshore team.
Support & Guidance
So much support! From the very first phone call the early careers team have been so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Then we had a 3 week onboarding period with the previous intern which was invaluable. My manager is also always making time for me whenever I need her. And for any extra support I also have my mentor who is there if I need anything not regarding my day to day work
Culture
The warmest company. As an intern I feel valued and appreciated which is I think is very important. The company is always focusing on this friendly atmosphere
