Overview
Helping to organise and plan employee events which differ from anything like employee screenings to large parties to organising the internal newsletter and helping with CSR and DEI activations.
Skills
Communication skills - networking with people across the business and the different divisions. Accuracy - writing the newsletter has made my eye for detail much stronger. Confidence - leading on large employee events of 700 people has helped to better by organisational and large audience speaking events
Responsibilities
Yes a lot of responsibility. In charge of creating and sending out the weekly newsletter to over 2,000 employees. Organising employee events and being the lead for events which cater to over 700 employees. Feel valued within my team when i present ideas and activations.
Support & Guidance
My manager has been great in allowing me to take ownership in the work I do. My team are so supportive and I can ask lots of questions without their being an issue.

I have absolutely loved my placement. I have learnt so much during this year and have gained so much knowledge and confidence which will help me for future years and set me up once I leave University.
