Yes
I would advise them to not be afraid to ask questions (there is no such thing as a stupid question). This openness will help them make the most of the experience, by learning the most and connecting with many people. I would advice them to think beyond the mentality of how tasks are done, but also why they are done. During the programme it is crucial to be proactive and get the most of the opportunity given by understanding what audit is and the diverse experiences and inspiring paths shared by individuals across different levels and departments of the business.
