Overview
The insight program was to mainly gauge in which practice area I was interested. Therefore, day-to-day activities included sitting in client meetings, shadowing lawyers and taking part in networking sessions with firm employees.
Skills
Communication skills, negotiations skills, networking skills and commercial analysis skills.
Business Insight
It was extremely rewarding experience to be briefed about the business of the firm by some of the partners. Their mastery of the subject matter was evident. The potential roles are vocational program that will take place in the following year.
Culture
Culture of the company was phenomenal, I enjoyed being with the firm. They were highly respectful and everyone’s view was taken into consideration. The atmosphere of the firm is one which actively seeks to promote diverse thoughts and cultures and that has been evident in their engagement with me.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed every bit of the experience I had at PwC. I would recommend to all university students to apply to this scheme. It has been an eye opening for me and experience I will cherish forever.
