Responsibilities
Yes a lot of responsibility and accountability for our own work. Responsible for an inbox and multiple projects which we are given complete freedom on.

lots of support and guidance from my team leader and other members of the order fulfilment team but also members of other departments
Culture
Really fun and energised culture. Felt like part of a big friendly team. Very motivational atmosphere full of people who want to achieve and are passionate about their work.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed my placement. I cannot fault it. Feel really lucky to have fallen into this opportunity and feel like I am forever changed by it. My confidence is now so much higher and I believe in my own abilities more now. The social incentives and events are amazing and I have felt really looked after the whole year.
