Business Insight
After the spring insight week, I gained invaluable and long-lasting insights, which expanded my knowledge in Asset Management and sparked an interest to work for the buyside and thus looking to learn about investment idea origination.
Culture
The culture was very intriguing, as it was very open and inclusive.
Your Impressions
Compared to a spring Insight I have done at a Swiss private bank in Zurich, I particularly enjoyed the involvement in different challenges/case studies. Furthermore, I was positively surprised with the Icebreaker challenges which made it easier to network with attendees and thus strenghtening the networking process. All in all, it has been a very pleasant experience which I will definitely recommend to all my friends who will start their first year in fall.
Yes
Be open minded and curious about the Asset Management industry. The application process has been very smooth and straightforward compared to other companies.
