Overview
Working on a major project to help implement a new system and gathering requirements and taking part in meetings everyday
Skills
I’ve massively developed my communication skills and confidence with the help of my team and the primark early careers team. Primark provide the opportunity to take part of lots is workshops and training courses over the year.
Responsibilities
In the end I was given the same amount of responsibility as my colleagues and became a trusted member of the team

Primark have an early careers team who provide lots of support and guidance and really help with everything
