Overview
Worked under tax team to gain understanding of their line of service. This included attending the tax away Day, shadowing employees in meetings and assisting team members in their projects. Over the days also connected with other interns and other PwC employees through various online events and calls, networked with a wide range of people.
Skills
Developed excel skills, gained knowledge in Tax, specifically under R&D, and developed networking skills and confidence.
Business Insight
It was incredibly insightful and helpful as it gave a real perspective on the day to day work in the line of service.
Culture
Incredible, everyone was very welcoming and friendly, but also incredibly supportive and insightful and answered all my queries and gave advice based off their experiences.
Your Impressions
It was very enjoyable, I was able to learn so much and work with amazing team members as well as meet other interns. It was incredible to be able to help make an impact on projects and be involved in their work.

Focus on being yourself during interviews and tests, but make sure you have some background knowledge on the line of service you are applying for.
