Overview
Working for the HCS growth platform, supporting the leadership team with various tasks, such as pipeline and project management. Driving the engagement of HCS through communications and events, in addition to planning senior leadership days.

Responsibilities
Working in my placement has felt like working in a full-time role, in relation to the autonomy offered. The responsibility provided is one of the key reasons I have loved my placement.
Support & Guidance
Support and guidance is highly available from Foundation and Task Managers. But it isn't limited here! There are so many great IBMers who are willing to dedicate time to supporting your growth and development.
Culture
Very diverse and inclusive! Everyone values one another and it is genuinely a great place to work, with many socials and events that help to drive engagement within the company.
