    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Conducting month end activities to include WD1, WD2 and WD3 tasks. Transfer costs to Lines of Business each month to ensure successful nil out of Foundation Accounts. . Monitoring the costs on 981811 and transfer out of Foundation in a timely manner. . Managing the monthly process to move salaries and costs (Management and Foundation headcount professionals) to correct ODBs. Includes management of costs for secondments and experienced hire programmes. . Monitoring expenses and move these and other costs to the relevant ODB each month. . Supporting the process to request Foundation external spend (EPAT submissions). Liaise with procurement and Approvals when required. . Raising Purchase Orders and invoices and make payments via the different systems. . Maintaining the trackers for education, POs, Foundation credits and levy spend. Transfer levy credit to appropriate ODBs once received. . Managing the monthly FBA expense forecast. Add to BOX. . Supporting the production of the monthly Foundation dashboard. . Monitoring the invoices received from DeVere, QA and other external clients. Update appropriate trackers. . Monitoring the Ignite ODB and transfer costs to it each month. Nil the ODB out twice yearly across the Lines on Business within IBM. . Working with wider IBM Finance to answer queries and provide information as necessary. . Monitoring the Finance task ID, answer queries and deal with questions in a timely manner.

  • Be wary that they tell you that 100% of interns get an offer to come back as a graduate. Only 20 interns come back and there are over 100 interns in total
