Yeah, given different roles throughout the year, with different areas to look after and manage

Loads of support from the branch and assistant managers, built a good team environment in branches

Good within branches, competitive which is good if you like it, but bonuses would change and it doesn’t always feel like you’re rewarded for hard work

A good year, really good people to work with, and lots of skills/confidence built. Can be long but good with a supportive team
