Overview
You develop your skills as a manager. Leading the branch in sales and service developing your sales pitch as a branch and individually by constantly applying yourself in work. You’re driven by your leadership team in all aspects of the business. You are given a vast amount of responsibility which feels extremely rewarding while working for enterprise, you will run the day/evening shifts showcasing your leadership capabilities and your sole responsibility will be to ensure that the branch is run effectively
Skills
While working with enterprise it is evident that I have definitely improved my leadership skills while being on placement. Due to the fact enterprise push you immensely

Yes they put you in the deep end but they support you loads so you grow within your 12 months

The placement was fun and definitely a eye opener, personally for me I struggled to find a work life balance while working with enterprise it’s a lot of hours and takes a lot of your life up but for someone graduating university or looking for a permanent career it’s good the rate of growth is faster than any other job but it does consume all hour time
