Overview
Day-to-day we work within a team to manage and provide mobility solutions for our customers. We develop and lead a team to provide successful customer service.
Skills
I have developed my leadership, management, communication, customer service, organisation, time-management.
Responsibilities
Yes, I managed my team within the branch to ensure we had a successful day. There are also project management opportunities that allow you to have responsibility over different areas within the business
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from Both my branch manager and area manager. Also my team helped me develop my skills. We had a mentor which allowed us to have someone to speak to when we had any concerns
Culture
The atmosphere is very positive. Even when we had to work late we were all very positive
