Overview
I work in the branch serving customers and corporate accounts on a daily basis. We sell our protection products as well as what the company can offer. We work through the training prorgramme to develop ourselves to management level.
Skills
I’ve passed my management qualification interview with knowledge of all the departments. I have developed organisation, time management and managerial skills but most of all I have developed my confidence.
Responsibilities
Yes I had to run the branch on my own and mentor people through their development.

Support from all management and all members of the team to succeed

Amazing loved the Company Ethos and the fact that we are able to do charity work as well

I loved it. It was hard at times, but the overall result was completely worth it.

Don’t underestimate how hard you will have to work, but you will reap the rewards of it very soon. It was one of the most rewarding things you will ever do
