Overview
Assisting in the coordination and implementation of a diverse range of events, spanning both in-person (and when appropriate digital) proprietary & 3rd party events. Providing on-site support during physical events hosted at venues like the IBM Innovation Studio, Olympia, and the ExCel, aiding the sales and marketing teams in event execution and post-event follow-ups.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Paired with strong organisational skills. Collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment while taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.

Support & Guidance
Lots I had a Task Manager (Line Manager) and a Foundation Manager. Both Managers always had my back and I regular catch ups with them.
Culture
Very good, I met lots of other great interns and graduates and I always felt included

Try gain some experience in the area you are applying to and be yourself during the interview stage. Hone in on areas such as Generative AI as this is a massive part of the business now.
