Overview
Attracting students onto the Consulting Associates scheme through events and social media. Responsible for co-ordinating UKI Consulting associate advocates and creating our talent attraction and engagement strategy.
Skills
Several - Excel, Premier Pro, Communication/organisation, technical (e.g prompt engineering)
Responsibilities
Yes - much responsibility which really enabled personal and professional growth.
Support & Guidance
There is lots of support provided - early professionals are dedicated two managers, one foundational (for HR-related) and one task (for day to day work).
