Skills
Excel, adobe analytics, adobe premier pro, get social, Sprinklr, ABM, solution specifics, canva, LinkedIn, professional conversations and emailing.
Responsibilities
Yes a lot- I was temporarily put into a management position when my manager was away. Given the freedom to present, lead calls, send emails to senior employees.
Support & Guidance
A lot- we have a month overlap with previous placement students where they train us then we have two managers and an execution manager who focuses just on our team and our support. We also have the support of each other and all the placement cohort.
Culture
Very friendly, our team is very social and welcoming. When it’s busy it can get quite stressful but support is always there. There is a general culture of sticking to hours you are contracted to however it can overrun into the night or starting early.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the majority a lot. It’s is an amazing experience and so social. I’ve been able to develop so many skills and broaden my connections. There were points however, that work got extremely repetitive and overly stressful that it became less enjoyable- however this was only a small fraction of the year.
Yes
To make sure you’re honest about what you enjoy as this can influence which area you are aligned to. Be yourself- don’t be afraid to be loud or stick out as people are very sociable here.
