Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility such as given projects to manage independently.
Support & Guidance
To an extent. Some individual team members were great as were the placement team. But overall I was disappointed with the lack of communication I have got from the wider team, with sometimes a lack of acknowledgement/ credit for work I’ve done.
Culture
Good but very sales oriented and sometimes a lack of appreciation for more creative roles such as communications and marketing especially in regional teams.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed to an extent but definitely felt like I lacked in opportunities in a regional team and didn’t get as many networking opportunities or meet anyone face to face.
Yes
Take all opportunities you can.
