    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes so much responsibility, have been able to execute events on my own and run my own campaigns. My mangers have a lot of trust in me and have not been treated like an intern but as an employee who has a big responsibility in the success of the team.

  • So much support. Regular 1:1 with managers. Continuous support from the placement team. Opportunities to have mentors in other areas of the business. I have 3 mentors this year, one from marketing and 2 from sales who have brought me to customer meetings/dinners and have taught me a lot about the sales world

  • So much focus on my own development. Everyone is willing to help and wants to see you succeed. Very people focused and a really amazing culture to work with.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I have absolutely loved my placement. Don’t want to leave!!! Looking back to the beginning I have learnt so much and this has genuinely been one of the best experiences of my life. I have loved every single day and have experienced so much as there has been so much opportunity to get involved in different projects.

  • Tailor your CV and cover letter to the company. If you get the job try and be involved in as much as possible because it is a great way to learn. Demonstrate an interest in technology and AI, these buzz words will help you get on the radar and try to have a base knowledge of what SAP does.
