Overview
Support the UKI Managing Director’s Team on events for employees and our customers and partner flagship events. Managing SharePoint and creating the Employee Engagement newsletters. Collate briefing documents for exec visits and events.
Skills
Creating and editing SharePoint pages, communication in a professional setting. Event management, registration management, project management. Shared inboxes and communications
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility in my placement with the opportunity to take crucial roles in large events and also create my own social club along with all the communications and promotions for it.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and guidance along the way. We have a placement team who support us throughout the year, a line manager and also a buddy who I kept in regular touch with to ensure my personal development and goals were aligned and achieved
Culture
Very friendly, people are happy to take time out of their day to talk and help if needed. I felt supported throughout the whole process and that the placement was aligned towards my personal growth and development.

I really enjoy this placement year. Throughout the placement and the application process there were a lot of communication and the onboarding month helped me settle into the business very quickly
