Overview
Sourcing talent, selecting candidates after running interviews and assessment centres. I also take part in diversity initiatives for EMEA

Responsibilities
Yes, I was lucky enough to be given lots of responsibility in making decisions of which candidates were strongest and running my own interviews and rating candidates myself.
Support & Guidance
There is lots of support from the steerco, my manager and my buddy who all take time to focus on my development and give me continuous feedback to gain as much as I can from the year and build my confidence throughout the placement

It is a very inclusive environment which comes from being a global company. Everyone is very open to help you on your career path and there is a strong focus of improving diversity in the tech industry
Your Impressions
I have very much enjoyed the year and I am very grateful for all the opportunity’s I have been given to grow professionally as well as personally. I now feel much more prepared for a graduate role from this experience
