    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • The role is very flexible so day-to-day responsibilities vary. This has been great for self-development and to experience all areas of marketing within the EMEA region. Predominately helping to plan and execute events whether this is in-person (customer facing events), or online (e.g., webinar creation to aid the adoption of solutions). Additionally, the creation of marketing deliverables. Project lead of the EMEA MidMarket Customer Success Video Program.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • 100%. Project lead of EMEA MidMarket Customer Success Video Program. Also, I have been given large responsibilities in most aspects of my projects which makes you a valuable contributor to the team, which in turn is incredibly motivating.

  • Lots, SAP have a ‘no question is a silly question’ approach. A perk of working for the company is due to the large number of employees and enthusiastic experts, there is always someone who is incredibly helpful to explain processes.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Amazing. Made many lifelong friends in the intern cohort and gained many great colleagues who have massively helped with my career development . The perks of the job are also great :)
