Overview
I send out daily excel reports to the team- manage those and do any admin tasks that come out of it. Take part in calls with partners for weekly alignment. Be on hand to answer any emails or complete requests coming in.
Skills
Learning about a professional environment, how corporate jobs work not only in SAP but other organisations as well. Time management and how to properly organise and plan my days to ensure all deadlines are met. Teamwork and networking opportunities that help to build my confidence in my abilities as well as how to work closely with others.
Responsibilities
Outside of my regular day to day responsibilities that are solely my own, my manager/team also offers up extra work or projects for me to expand my work load based on what you want to develop or explore more.
Support & Guidance
Bi-weekly 1:1 calls with my manager and a close knit team that are on hand to help with any questions i would have. Endless offers and opportunities to receive support.
Culture
Very close and friendly- everyone welcomes you and offers their support from the get go. Morale can be lower during redundancy or periods of company uncertainly, but still always feel close to your team and those close to you.
Your Impressions
Very much will always hold my time here in high regard as the skills and experience acquired here are truly invaluable. The big group of interns help to make the transition and not feel overwhelmed. Would go back and chose it all over again.
Yes
Be prepared for your interviews and make sure to be open and friendly so to make a great impression.
