Overview
The role involved routine work of managing new customer cases and following up with current ones. The main customer interaction is done through chat with occasional Teams Meetings with clients who prefer this method. The cases include adding functionality as well as changing and enhancing current configuration in SAP Concur Expense.
Skills
I have significantly enhanced my communication skills, both in formal interactions with customers and informal exchanges with colleagues. I have learned to adapt to diverse customers from various cultures and languages. Additionally, I have developed proficiency in navigating new systems and customizations. I have gained a deep understanding of the backend operations of SAP Concur Expense, as well as how large corporations manage software on a large scale and handle clients on a personal level.
Responsibilities
I was given full responsibility managing my own work and cases, while at the same time having a mentor who I can contact any time for help.

Constant support from my mentor, manager, team members, and placement team.
Culture
The company culture and general atmosphere were incredibly positive and supportive. There was always the opportunity to chat to and network with anyone from any team and get a chance to do stretch projects with them.
