Overview
Organising trials to ensure that suppliers will deliver parts with no negative effects to fit, form or function. Assessing supplier capabilities. Advising on how to make parts easier to manufacture. Creating control plans for manufacturing methods to control the process and produce high quality parts.

Yes lots, in time management, communication, stakeholder management, visually representing my ideas. Just to name a few
Responsibilities
Yes I was in charge of a trial ensuring it was on time and on cost whilst delivering as many benefits as possible to the company. Including gaining stakeholders across the business to expand my network.
Support & Guidance
I could ask anyone for help and they would take time out of their day to help or direct me to someone who could.
Culture
Fantastic, everyone is so nice and supportive. My team is small but very friendly ensuring people aren't left out and offering advice to my future career and in general.

Very much, different from what I expected but this is a major positive .
Yes
Be succinct, too many people waffle. Straight and to the point. Show why they want to hire you, Airbus knows how good it is so keep the bootlicking to a minimum.
