Overview
This was a great placement year. You have the same responsibility as any other full time member of the team which is great. A normal day would be answering emails, having meetings with brands, booking in exposure and negotiating the best cashback rates for members. You also get to attend many industry events and awards which is a really cool experience.

Responsibilities
I was given just as much responsibility as any of the other full time members in my team. It was great to have the freedom to make your own decisions however there was always help when I needed it.
Support & Guidance
I received a massive amount of support any time I needed it throughout the year not only from my manager but from the whole team and the wider company too.
Culture
The company is quite easy going in the sense that everyone is trusted to get their work done and there isn't a finger pointing type of culture and instead it's more about learning from mistakes. The team is quite social and fun too.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the placement year and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a role where they will have a good amount of responsibility and a supportive team/company to work in.
