Overview
My role is split between two teams each with slightly different responsibilities, commercial and consumer. The main focus is managing and analysing reports which provide sales info both sell-in and sell-out. Then relay and present this information to my manager and the team. I'm also responsible for stock management and helping with logistics, this is involved with delivering samples or products to events/organisations/partnerships and other business opportunities or needs.

Responsibilities
I was given a fair amount of responsibility, enough to make me feel valued in the organisation. These tasks were varied and gave me a good chance to work independently and provide my own outlook on how to tackle the tasks, sometimes without any guidance at all which i enjoyed a lot.
Support & Guidance
Loads of support, not just my manager but everyone in my team, high up or not, was available at all times to provide me with help and support if i needed it
Culture
The company culture and atmosphere is great, everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming. It's very relaxed but everyone is on task and gets work done. If you need anything everyone is there to support and help, and you will come to do the same for those around you too.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it so much and it has been an experience i will remember forever. I have learnt so much and can take so much into not just my career but my future in general, this experience has improved my character so much. I have met a lot of people i value a lot and they have made this experience so good.
Yes
Be inquisitive and interested in the role. You need to be sociable and polite and do your best to support everyone. If you actively make relationships around the office and team people well help you and want to work alongside you. Buy into the culture of the company and you will be fine
