Overview
Managing the commercials on a portfolio of projects this included resource and profitability modelling, getting pricing approval and sending the contract to the client. In my client facing role as a srcum master, this includes running agile ceremonies (including stand ups, retros & sprint review)

Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility, far more than I expected. This isn't a bad thing at all. It was a good challenge.

Lots of support, meetings with managers on a daily basis.
