Skills
I have definitely learnt how to adapt to challenges of the corporate world. How to effectively tackle stressful situations, working as a team and understanding the importance of efficient organisation to tackle to tasks with high priority.
Responsibilities
Yes, I had my own caseload of students to look after. This was a caseload of over 800 students. I was managing client meetings by myself after a few months. This responsibility felt great, as it meant that my managers trust me to carry out these tasks correctly.
Support & Guidance
A good amount! I had weekly 121s with my manager where I could express anything I was unsure/concerned about. Our wider team provided us with daily drop in sessions with senior staff if we had an queries we were unsure how to respond to.
Culture
Very Inclusive.
