Overview
I work closely with 2 account managers in London as we look to get the best deals with our brands that we look after. I work through my booking sheet whereby I set up rates and other pieces of exposure that the account managers book in. I also answer emails throughout the day responding to any queries or problems the brands may have.

Responsibilities
I have been given significant levels of responsibility throughout my time at TCB. Solely setting up the hubs week-on-week, as well as being directly involved in presenting how the site will look to customers.
Support & Guidance
When I first started the previous placement was coming to the end of his time at TCB, but there was a 2/3 week period where he handed over the role and essentially taught me everything I need to know. As well as this, all managers and team leaders are very responsive and will sit with you and go through things.
Culture
The company culture is amazing and they promote a fair play culture making everyone feel included and valued. The atmosphere in and around the office is second to none and everyone makes you feel so welcome.

I have massively enjoyed my time here and I will be sad to leave because it's a brilliant place to work and develop as a person and as an employee.
