Overview
The insight consisted of majority of talks by the employees - focusing on the different business divisions in the bank and understanding the importance of dealing with difficult colleagues - also focused on networking with senior individuals from the different business divisions
Skills
learnt how to communicate more and have learnt the importance of standing my ground and saying no despite me being someone new in a team

very interesting, it was great to hear from employees within these roles too
Culture
very welcoming and is definitely a culture that prospers growth and wants their employees to achieve the same

i definitely enjoyed my insight - due to their being so many other spring interns it was also great to simply network with people my age as this formed great connections that I know will be valuable in the future
