Overview
Key Responsibilities Project Support and Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Act as a point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and dashboards. - Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes. - Ensure all project information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. Data Analysis: - Analyse project data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. - Track and report on project metrics, such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilisation. Risk and Issue Management: - Identify and assess project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies. - Monitor and report on the status of risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate the resolution of project issues and conflicts. Process Improvement: - Support the implementation and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices - Assist in the development and maintenance of PMO processes, templates, and tools. - Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
