    • I've developed my presentation, research, confidence, communication and scientific understanding. Particularly in synthesis and polymer chemistry. Also opportunities in volunteering groups, giving you chances to do stuff that may not be as scientific.

    • Company culture is quite good. Team is brilliant and gets along with each other. You'll feel welcome here.

    • Placement was very good overall and I enjoyed my time at Lubrizol. It took me a few weeks to settle in but after that, I made brilliant progress on my career and skills.
